Who’d have thought that such a simple exercise could have such profound benefits! The fun bounce movement creates what is known as the G Force. Simply put, when you bounce and hit the mat, you double your weight, and when you lift off, you are weightless. This repetitive movement, performed over 100 times per minute, has many profound benefits.
First and foremost, it massages every cell in the body simultaneously. EVERY cell gets a deep, therapeutic stretch, squeeze, pull and push. This creates an electrical current throughout the entire body which stimulates the lymphatic system. This is profound, as the lymphatic system relies on movement to begin its process of toxin removal.
